Who We Are
Divergencecore is a product of Lucid Tech LLC, a Colorado-based company. We build Adaptive Compound Intelligence tools for teams. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our platform.
What We Collect
We collect only what we need to provide and improve Divergencecore:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and organization name when you sign up.
- Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Platform Usage: Session metadata (duration, participant count), feature usage patterns, and model selection. Never session content.
- Aggregate Patterns: Anonymized collaboration patterns used to improve the platform. See our Security & Transparency page for details.
What We Never Collect
- Session transcripts or conversation content
- Cognitive profile details (how your team members think)
- Org memory contents (your team’s accumulated knowledge)
- Any data behind permission gates you haven’t opened
These are architectural constraints, not policy choices. Our systems are built so we cannot access this data.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the Divergencecore platform
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To improve platform performance and features
- To generate anonymized aggregate intelligence patterns
- To communicate service updates and security notices
Data Storage & Security
Your organization’s data lives in a dedicated, isolated database instance. Not shared tables with row-level security — actually separate infrastructure. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.
Your Rights
- Export: Download all your data in JSON or CSV at any time from your admin dashboard.
- Delete: Permanently delete all your organization’s data instantly. Not a 30-day request — immediate deletion.
- Audit: View a complete audit trail of every data access in your dashboard.
- Portability: Your data is always portable. No lock-in, no export fees.
Third Parties
We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties for advertising or marketing. We do not use your data to train external AI models. The only third-party services that handle your data are infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.
GDPR & CCPA
We comply with GDPR and CCPA requirements. EU users can exercise their rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and data portability. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of data sales (we don’t sell data, so there’s nothing to opt out of).
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll notify you via email and post the changes here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes get 30 days notice before taking effect.
